summer can't be over...
Some photos from a beach trip a month or two ago...this little number came together using a cute little pair of shorts found at Marshalls and a stained blue tshirt we had in the closet. I wanted to find a use for this fabric I love, so here's what came about after a bit of hand-stitching....

I love it! I would have tossed the stained t-shirt and thus wasted a perfectly fine-fitting item of clothing, not to mention the $5.00 it cost me at Target! What do you do with the lovely hand-embellished kids clothing after they grow out of them?
Once she grows out of them, I pass them on to Tatum's younger (and smaller) cousin...its great to see these clothes get worn & used for more than one kid.
